J\u2019en ai le go\u00fbt \u00e0 la bouche rien qu\u2019en y pensant. Cette recette s\u2019en rapproche terriblement mais n\u2019est pas la version originale qui a disparu. Mais il est excellent!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 pommes (golden de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence) coup\u00e9es en petits carr\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>3 \u0153ufs<\/li>\n<li>180 g de sucre<\/li>\n<li>150g de sucre de canne<\/li>\n<li>150g de cr\u00e8me<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 paquet de levure chimique<\/li>\n<li>200g de farine tamis\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>40g de beurre<\/li>\n<li>100g de pignons<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>R\u00e9alisation<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Dans une po\u00eale, mettez le beurre, le sucre de canne, les pommes et les pignons. Faites cuire 8 minutes. \u00c9gouttez et r\u00e9servez.<\/li>\n<li>Dans un cul de poule, m\u00e9langez les \u0153ufs, le sucre, la cr\u00e8me, la farine et la levure chimique.
