Nous en faisons donc du sirop qui servira soit comme simple sirop, soit comme base pour d\u2019autres desserts (glace, chantilly, pour imbib\u00e9 des g\u00e9noises, etc.)<\/p>\n<p>Faire son sirop soi-m\u00eame c\u2019est une garantie d\u2019un produit sans additifs, sans colorants (ici la couleur vient des tiges ros\u00e9es) et sans conservateurs. Ils se gardent tr\u00e8s bien si le taux de sucre est suffisant \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante mais \u00e0 l\u2019ombre. La r\u00e9servez dans une casserole avec 4-5 CS de sucre. Laissez mac\u00e9rer durant 1h \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante pour en extraire le plus de jus possible.<\/li>\n<li>Apr\u00e8s une heure, ajoutez l\u2019eau et faites cuire pendant 20 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Filtrez la pr\u00e9paration (afin de retirer les fruits et les impuret\u00e9s. Ajoutez-y le sucre et portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition durant quelques minutes.
