Vous devez torr\u00e9fier vos noisettes, pas les cramer;)<\/li>\n<li>Pendant ce temps, pr\u00e9parez un caramel \u00e0 sec avec le sucre et ajoutez-y \u00e0 la fin la pinc\u00e9e de fleur de sel.<\/li>\n<li>Sortez la plaque du four et versez sur vos noisettes le caramel. Laissez refroidir.<\/li>\n<li>Une fois froid et dur, brisez votre plaque de noisettes au caramel en plusieurs morceaux et mettez-les dans un mixer. Ajoutez la CS d\u2019huile et mixez jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019obtention de la texture souhait\u00e9e.
