Versez ensuite un peu de ce lait sucr\u00e9 sur la f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs et remuez avec un fouet jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elle soit bien dilu\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<li>Versez le reste de lait, tout en fouettant. Transvasez la pr\u00e9paration dans la casserole o\u00f9 a ti\u00e9di le lait et portez-la sur feu doux. Fouettez jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que cette cr\u00e8me bouillonne et \u00e9paississe.<\/li>\n<li>Hors du feu, incorporez l\u2019eau de fleur d\u2019oranger.
