Nous avons donc test\u00e9 le saucisson en brioche, souvenir lyonnais de maman loutre. Une fois cuit, laissez-le refroidir et enlevez-lui la peau. R\u00e9servez.<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9parez votre p\u00e2te \u00e0 brioche en m\u00e9langeant la farine, les \u0153ufs, la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche, une pinc\u00e9e de sel et la levure.<\/li>\n<li>Versez l\u2019appareil dans un moule \u00e0 cake beurr\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Rajoutez le saucisson en l\u2019enfon\u00e7ant dans la p\u00e2te de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce qu\u2019il soit enti\u00e8rement recouvert.<\/li>\n<li>Enfournez \u00e0 four chaud (180\u00b0C) environ 40 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9gustez chaud, accompagn\u00e9 de salade.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pendant le confinement, la tribu a occup\u00e9 une partie de son temps \u00e0 tester des recettes qu\u2019elle n\u2019a pas le temps de faire d\u2019habitude.
