Cette sauce originaire d\u2019Am\u00e9rique latine (Argentine plus sp\u00e9cialement) est un condiment\u00a0qui se pr\u00e9pare \u00e0 partir de divers ingr\u00e9dients\u00a0: persil hach\u00e9 finement, ail hach\u00e9, huile v\u00e9g\u00e9tale, vinaigre (blanc ou rouge), et piment rouge, auxquels on ajoute des ar\u00f4mes suppl\u00e9mentaires, tels que origan frais, thym, coriandre fra\u00eeche, citron, ruccola etc. Dans la version rouge (pebre), on peut ajouter en outre de la tomate et du poivron rouge.<\/p>\n<p>De base, nous faisons un chimichurri avec de la coriandre fra\u00eeche et des piments frais du jardin mais on a diverses versions afin de plaire \u00e0 tous: sans coriandre (que l\u2019on remplace par de la ruccola), sans piments, etc.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-828 size-thumbnail\" src=\"https:\/\/ouesteux.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/signal-2021-11-13-124905_002-150x150.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 bouquets de persil fris\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>2 bouquets de coriandre fra\u00eeche<\/li>\n<li>4 gousses d\u2019ail press\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li>2 oignons frais<\/li>\n<li>2-4 (selon vos go\u00fbts) petits piments frais (peut \u00eatre remplac\u00e9 par des flocons de piments s\u00e9ch\u00e9s)<\/li>\n<li>2 CS de vinaigre de vin rouge ou blanc<\/li>\n<li>le jus d\u2019un citron frais<\/li>\n<li>une tomb\u00e9e d\u2019huile neutre en go\u00fbt<\/li>\n<li>sel<\/li>\n<li>poivre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>R\u00e9alisation\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Hachez finement les herbes et mettez-les dans un bol. J\u2019ai mis la recette avec la coriandre mais vous pouvez la remplacer par de la ruccola, de l\u2019origan frais, des pousses d\u2019\u00e9pinards, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Pressez vos gousses d\u2019ail et ajoutez-les.<\/li>\n<li>Emincez tr\u00e8s finement vos oignons, ajoutez-les.<\/li>\n<li>Ep\u00e9pinez et \u00e9mincez tr\u00e8s finement les piments, ajoutez-les.<\/li>\n<li>Ajoutez le vinaigre, le jus de citron, l\u2019huile, le sel et le poivre.
